Your Diet Won't Lower Cholesterol As Much As You Think!
Your diet does not affect your cholesterol as much as you think it does.

It does not increase it as much as you have the impression, and it certainly does not help to lower cholesterol as the so-called diet experts tell you.


It is not that extra egg you have for breakfast, which raises your cholesterol significantly. This is because around 80% of your blood cholesterol is produced by the liver.
